Training after an injury is probably one of the most nerve-wracking parts of getting back to what you love doing. I’ve been there! As a former athlete, rehabilitation was one of the hardest things I’ve done.
This is why I focus on helping those who are returning to a healthy lifestyle after injury! Rehabilitation isn't just physical; it's breaking through the mental block of what can and can't be done. Personally, I think anything can be done; it's a matter of timing and building up to it! My goal is to help my clients train away the pain and start doing the activities they miss.
